This 36 in grey hutch is a compact two-story solution for small animal housing. It features a waterproof roof, making it suitable for use in various weather conditions if placed outdoors. The grey finish is applied to the wood to provide a clean, modern look while protecting the frame from moisture.

Inside, a slip-proof ramp ensures that rabbits or guinea pigs can safely navigate between the two levels. The design includes an easy-clean tray that slides out to remove waste quickly. Multiple doors are positioned around the hutch to provide easy access to the pets and the interior for maintenance.

The inclusion of wheels allows this smaller hutch to be moved between indoor and outdoor spaces with ease. It is a practical choice for owners who need a versatile habitat that doesn't take up too much floor space. The multi-access doors are a key convenience for daily feeding and interaction.
